A modular home tailored to your needs
Don’t see your perfect design?
Let us know. We’ll modify an existing design or create one from scratch for you. Call, write, or just drop by.
Still wondering? Let’s bet that…
You’re probably at one of these two stages right now:
Stage 1
“Do I even want to build a house?”
You live in a multi-family building. But you dream of peace and quiet, a bit of garden, and a place where you can’t hear your neighbor with a drill, weekend parties, a lawnmower under your window… Still, a thought keeps blooming in your head: “Building a house? That’s a nightmare…”
You think you don’t have the time/experience/desire (cross out as appropriate) to deal with contractors, designs, and bureaucracy. You think it’s beyond you. Yet you feel a strong need to own a house – ideally building it smartly, without stress, with fixed costs and construction that doesn’t drag on for years.
Stage 2
“I know I want to build a house, but…”
…what next? The market is full of companies that make promises and then disappear. Maybe someone you know encountered such a contractor. Plus – delays, elastic budgets and deadlines, paperwork, organizational puzzles…
You’re starting to realize you don’t want to be your own construction manager. You need a home, not a second job – and an expensive one at that. Who to choose that you can trust, without getting stuck in a swamp for years?

We Work to Solve your Problems!
Modular homes are our answer to investors’ most common concerns at both stages; an option for singles and families, for starting out and for years to come, for your plot and for living. We take the burden off the shoulders of both those considering and those decided on building a house. Choose our structures if:
You Only Have a Plot and Can’t Afford a Big Loan.
You Want to Move in within 3 Months Maximum, not in 3 Years.
You Prioritize Quality over Giving up Part of your Life and Savings to a Company that Will “Somehow get it Done.”
You Don’t Want Surprise Invoices or Calls Saying “It’s Going to Cost more.”
You plan to build a house without a construction soap opera where Mike showed up but Bill got sick, and besides, it’s raining so work’s at a standstill.
You want to live REALLY in your own place, without sleeping next to bags of plaster, supervising crews, daily stress, and running around offices.
You’re looking for one solid team rather than ten crossing paths on your plot or – worse – unable to coordinate with each other.
You Anticipate that your Family or Housing Needs might Grow, but You Don’t Necessarily Want to Move.
This is how We Build – Roof Structures, Experience, Trust
High-quality materials and advanced production technology are one thing. However, our structures wouldn’t be so solid without experience, positive reviews, and customer trust. If for some reason you don’t believe us, believe the people we’ve already helped.
The trusses arrived on schedule. Solid workmanship and precise dimensions – no problems during installation. The assembly team was also satisfied with the material quality.
Ksawery Partyka
Let me put it this way, no words can express our satisfaction, so I’m showing a photo of the completed project. I’ll just add that the assembly itself was as quick as the instant quote. Perfect quality, it’s clear the company knows what it’s doing, is knowledgeable, and has vast experience. You can trust them without hesitation.
Magdalena Val
Ewa Nowak
I wholeheartedly recommend this company! We didn’t wait long for the roof truss quote, and the offer they provided was the most favorable (compared to five other companies from Szczecin). Not only did we save a significant amount of money, but we only waited four weeks for the trusses themselves, and the assembly took two/three days. The structure was made with the highest quality and according to the design. 🧡
Jędrzej Jóźwik
After comparing several offers, I chose their trusses. Great value for money, and most importantly, quick order fulfillment. The construction didn’t have to wait.

How We Work?
4 Steps to a Ready Home, not a Path through Hell
Instead of running around with paperwork, you have one partner from A to Z. No chaos, no misunderstandings, no surprises. Here’s how the process works in practice:
Step 1 You choose – we listen
It starts with a conversation. You tell us what you’re looking for, we suggest what will work best. You choose a ready design or we modify something together for you. No pressure. No rush.
Step 2 We work – you relax
Once everything’s settled, we take matters into our hands. We produce your house in our facility – under a roof, under control, without delays. You don’t have to supervise crews or weather.
Step 3 We install – you watch
Your house comes to you. The team installs it on your plot in 1-2 days, as if it’s always been there. Everything ready to use – no mud, no dust, no stress.
Step 4 You live – we stay vigilant
You get the keys, walk in and… that’s it. Seriously. You don’t have to fight with anything because we’ve handled it all. Your home is ready for you.

What sets us apart?
Why Partner, the roof truss manufacturer?
Surgical Precision
Our trusses are produced in a hall – using the highest quality certified wood, advanced technology, and over 30 years of industry experience.
Personal Approach
We talk to you like a human, not a “lead” or a “client.” We listen, advise, and even – attention! – dissuade. We’ll patiently explain even complicated matters to you as if to a child.
Installation in 1–3 Days
Your roof’s framework will be ready on site faster than a standard roof frame.
Fixed Price with No Surprises along the Way
You sign a contract with a full calculation – nothing will escape.
Not Dependent on Weather
Roof trusses are created under the roof of a heated hall. We are not limited by rain, snow, tornadoes, or an unannounced visit from your mother-in-law to the construction site.
Protection Stronger than a Builder’s Thermos Coffee
Our trusses are protected to guarantee resistance to fire, mold, and insects for many years.
Extensive Experience. Truly Extensive
We have been in the modular construction industry practically since its beginnings on the Polish market. That’s over 30 years of experience, during which we’ve seen practically everything. And we’ve learned how to deal with it all.
Slimmed-Down Foundations
Lighter structure = lower foundation load.
Versatility of Application
We produce and install roof trusses for various structures: from homes, halls, and supermarkets to schools, public offices, office buildings, etc.
End-to-end Delivery
Design → production → transport → assembly – all from one source.
Clean Finish
We always clean up after assembly. ALWAYS.
Multi-year Warranty
We give you a 15-year warranty on our structures, and 5 years on other elements. Don’t worry – we answer calls, reply to emails, and don’t lock up the office and disappear.
Partner Homes – who are we?
People are Partners to each Other
We started building our company over 30 years ago. During that time, we’ve learned the industry inside and out and we stay up to date. We know our clients and we know that one of their basic needs is a “human approach.” We can provide that. At Domy Partner, we don’t treat you like a line item in Excel or a lead in a spreadsheet. We don’t write in fine print, we don’t speak in jargon, we don’t make empty promises, and deadlines are sacred to us.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions and Answers
Do I need to obtain a building permit?
In most cases, yes – modular homes are treated like traditional buildings. If your project exceeds 70 m² of built area, a building permit will be required. Below this area, a notification to the district office is sufficient. Sounds complicated? We can help you with this.
Can I get a loan or lease for a wooden house or frame house?
Sure. A modular home can be treated like a classic house – then a mortgage comes into play. But it can also be classified as movable property, which opens the door to leasing. In short: you have a choice, and we’ll advise what’s better.
How do I prepare the plot for the construction process?
Start by leveling the terrain and making foundations – slabs, footings, or point foundations (so-called footings), all according to the project. Don’t forget about bringing utilities: electricity, water, sewage, gas. You can do it yourself, but if you want, we’ll do it for you. No nonsense.
Do you help with formalities related to setting up year-round homes in West Pomeranian?
Yes. You can run around offices yourself, commission it to a friendly architect, or… simply to us. We have experience in this and we’re not afraid of stamps.
How long will such a house last? Is this type of construction durable?
A well-built modular home will last as long as a classic frame – easily several decades. In Scandinavia, such structures are 100–150 years old. The key is quality workmanship. We know this.
Do you also build houses according to individual plans?
Yes, although we have specific base modules – this makes production and assembly easier. But we can freely combine them, rearrange them, and even create a project from scratch for your needs. Just give us a moment – it’s like tailoring, not a pig in a poke from China.
Can such a house be moved to another location?
Yes, and that’s one of the advantages of this technology. If you want to change location – we’ll move the house with you. Mountains? Lake? New plot? No problem. It’s like having real estate… that moves.
Can I install the house myself?
You can. We provide detailed instructions and projects, and if questions arise – we’re on the phone. But honestly: it will be faster, more efficient, and stress-free if we handle it. We have experience, you’ll save your nerves.
Can such a house be expanded in the future?
Yes, and that’s a huge advantage of modular homes. You can start with a smaller layout, and then – when needs change – add more modules. Like LEGO, only cozier.
Can I order a house finished “turnkey,” or only as a raw closed house?
Sure. We offer various finishing standards – from raw closed to fully ready to move in. Want to enter with a suitcase and lie down on the couch? It can be done.
Do you equip the house with installations like heating?
Professional house finishing – this is synonymous with PARTNER company’s approach. We care not only about erecting a prefabricated single-family building. We also care that it’s energy-efficient, equipped with an insulation layer and all installations that are necessary for normal functioning.
Do you also offer other construction services like roof trusses, roof structures?
Prefabrication and house construction is not the only PARTNER service. We also deal with making roof trusses and roof structures, thanks to which you can renovate a building, but also expand it with a usable attic.
I have another question – what now?
Don’t hesitate to ask. Not everything can be covered in tiles and paragraphs, and you don’t need to be an expert in wooden structures, terminology, or building regulations. If you haven’t found something or want to ask in plain language – go ahead! We don’t bite. We’re happy to answer our clients’ questions multiple times. Call, write, visit us in person – whatever works best for you.

Modular Homes in West Pomerania – Local Projects from Design to Installation
We build modular homes in Szczecin and throughout the West Pomerania region – from design and production to on-site installation on your plot. Thanks to prefabrication in controlled conditions and an efficient on-site assembly process, we shorten investment time and reduce the risk of delays.
As both manufacturer and contractor, we oversee every stage – regardless of location. We understand the region’s specific characteristics, which is why our structures are adapted to coastal conditions, higher humidity, and stronger winds. By choosing Partner, you gain full accountability and quality perfected from foundation to roof.
What’s included, and what needs clarification?
The term “turnkey modular homes” sounds straightforward, but in practice, it can refer to various scopes of work. The safest approach is to define the “turnkey” standard by a list of specific elements: installations, finishes, equipment, and what truly leads to handover and readiness for occupancy. Differences between offers often don’t come from the technology itself, but from the details: material quality, the scope of work in bathrooms and kitchens, or the number of items included in the price.
What should you clarify when choosing an offer?
– Installations: electrical, water and sewage, heating, and the scope of ventilation preparation,
– Walls and floors: material types, scope of work, and wet zone execution,
– Bathroom: standard of wall finishes, fixtures, built-ins, and proper waterproofing,
– Carpentry and details: interior doors, skirting boards, windowsills, electrical accessories,
– Handover and documentation: protocols and preparation for utility activation.
What to consider for year-round usability?
A year-round modular home should provide consistent comfort regardless of the season. Heating is important, but equally crucial are: airtightness of partitions, elimination of thermal bridges, proper insulation layers, and well-planned ventilation. These elements most significantly impact operating costs and perceived indoor comfort.
Before choosing a design, it’s worth considering a few practical points:
– Module connections: corners, joints, and locations for utility passages,
– Window joinery and installation: details around windows, airtightness, and protection against drafts,
– Moisture and ventilation: solutions in the kitchen and bathroom, and methods for removing water vapor,
– Acoustics: solutions for partition walls and ceilings, especially in family homes,
– Servicing: access to installations and the possibility of modifications without costly structural interference.
In West Pomerania, especially closer to the coast, facade solutions and details exposed to wind and more frequent rainfall become particularly important, as they are the quickest to reveal the quality of workmanship.
Logistics, Access, and Plot Preparation
Modular home assembly in West Pomerania typically proceeds smoothly when the plot is technically prepared “for assembly,” not just formally. The speed of work depends on transport access, space for unloading, conditions for setting up the modules, and a properly constructed foundation with conduits. These are precisely the elements that most often cause delays if they aren’t sorted out beforehand.
Practical checklist before installation:
– Access: gate width, turning radii, road load capacity, and tonnage restrictions,
– Working space: area for unloading and safe work operations,
– Foundation: compliance of dimensions, levels, and executed utility conduits,
– Utilities: agreed location for connection entry points and technical conditions,
– Ground and drainage: foundation decisions based on data, not intuition.
This is important both in Szczecin and in other towns in the region, where access roads can be narrower and plots may limit maneuverability.
Ready-Made Modular Homes and Customizable Designs – How to Choose a Layout?
Ready-made modular homes are often chosen by people who want to move quickly from decision to completion, but still expect the building to be adapted to their plot and lifestyle. Even with a catalog design, it’s worth checking the orientation relative to cardinal directions, local zoning plan (MPZP) or development conditions (WZ) requirements, window placement, and the layout of technical rooms (heat source, storage tank, space for installations).
Three questions to reduce modification costs and simplify project selection:
– What does the plot look like and what are its limitations? (building line, access, terrain slopes, neighborhood, utilities)
– What finishing standard are you planning? (turnkey vs. phased work)
– How should the house function in 3–5 years? (family changes, remote work, extra room, expansion potential)
Organizing your requirements this way helps you decide whether a ready-made modular home or a project customized for Szczecin and your plot in West Pomerania will be a better fit.
Our modular homes are modern prefabricated homes whose key elements are manufactured in controlled production conditions. This allows us to reduce the risk of construction errors, shorten the completion time, and make many stages independent of weather and problems typical of traditional construction.
For the investor, this means above all:
– greater schedule predictability,
– better quality control,
– shorter time from order to assembly,
– less stress related to coordinating multiple crews,
– greater control over the budget.
If you’re comparing prefabricated homes in West Pomeranian with traditional construction, the difference usually comes down to one thing: here the entire process is better planned, shorter, and easier to manage.
One of the most common questions is: how much do modular homes in West Pomeranian cost and what does the final quote depend on? There is no single universal price for every investor, because the price of a modular home depends on the scope of work, finishing standard, and the building’s parameters.
The investment cost is primarily influenced by:
– home square footage,
– layout and project complexity,
– finishing standard,
– type of materials used,
– installation and heating solutions,
– scope of work on the contractor’s side,
– plot and foundation preparation,
– individual modifications to the base project.
Our modular and prefabricated homes are chosen by people who want to avoid typical construction chaos and prefer a solution that is more predictable than classic owner-managed construction. It’s an option for investors who want to go through the entire process faster, with greater control over the budget and fewer surprises along the way.
Our offer works particularly well when:
you want to quickly move from decision to completion,
you’re looking for a year-round home, not a seasonal property,
you’re seeking a contractor operating in Szczecin or the West Pomeranian Voivodeship,
you want to know in advance what the process looks like and what determines the price,
you want the option to adapt the design to your plot and lifestyle,
you don’t want to coordinate multiple teams and construction stages yourself.
