The use of a roof structure based on roof truss technology eliminates the need for a heavy and expensive concrete slab. The bottom chord of the trusses is used as the load-bearing structure for the ceiling. A lighter construction allows for the use of thinner and more affordable walls and foundations. High-quality timber used in production enables us to create trusses with spans of up to 28-30 meters without intermediate supports. For single-family homes, this often means the possibility of eliminating some thick, internal load-bearing walls that are necessary with traditional technology. Prefabrication in our production facility ensures quick and precise assembly of trusses on the construction site, typically taking 2-3 days.

From First Contact to Trusses on the Roof

Working with us on roof trusses means we do the lion’s share of the work for you. First, however, we need to learn a bit about you. How does it work in practice?

Step 1 You Ask – We Advise

The foundation of success is always conversation. You present your needs, and we suggest the best solution – without marketing jargon, empty talk, or selling pots and pans. This is the moment when you instantly gain 30 years of experience from specialists who have cut their teeth in construction but still smile broadly at the thought of realizing your project.

Step 2 You Show the Design – We Analyze

Based on the documentation you provide, we add our know-how. We discuss possible options, corrections, and technical details. We check if it can be done better, cheaper, or faster, but still within the bounds of common sense and building law.

Step 3 You Wait – We Design

Our constructor enters the game – calculating, drawing, and designing according to standards and your expectations. Every nail, plate, and beam must be in its place so you don’t have to wonder if the roof will withstand winter or a storm (Spoiler alert: it will!). The truss design goes to the machines and the assembler, and a specialist creates material and connector lists.
