Sarenka was designed for individuals and families who appreciate simple architecture, natural materials, and close contact with nature. The project offers an alternative to repetitive catalog homes, providing a clear room layout and a cohesive, timeless form.
Sarenka features a living room with a kitchenette and dining area, creating a single, open-plan living space with direct access to a terrace. This terrace serves as a natural extension of the interior and a place for outdoor relaxation. The ground floor also includes a bathroom.
The attic features a bedroom, providing a comfortable space for rest and privacy for residents.
