Is a frame house really durable?

Yes, and more than you think. If someone ever told you it’s a “house for a few years” – they probably saw a version made by a brother-in-law in the 90s. Today we use certified C24 structural timber, moisture and fire protection, and everything is built under controlled conditions. No shoddy work, no surprises. A frame house today is a full-fledged, durable year-round building.

Are your houses energy-efficient?

Yes, our houses are designed with energy efficiency in mind. Thanks to frame construction technology, high-quality thermal insulation, and airtight windows and doors, the structures retain heat excellently. Additionally, we can offer energy-efficient installation options such as heat pumps or heat recovery ventilation, which translates to lower operating costs.

Can it be in developer condition?

Yes, our houses can be built to various finishing standards – including developer condition. This means you get a finished structure (based on a durable frame) with facade, windows, doors, interior plaster, and installed utilities, and you can customize the finishing work to your own needs. We flexibly adapt our offer to client expectations.

What installations do you mount?

As standard, we can offer comprehensive installation of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems – both traditional and modern solutions. Everything depends on the client’s needs and the building’s purpose. Each system is installed according to current building standards, completely safely and integrated into the frame structure and facade.

Is this a year-round house?

Yes, the houses in our offer can be adapted for year-round use. We use durable wooden or steel frames and layered wall and roof insulation, which ensures high thermal resistance. Well-chosen facade and professional heating system installation make the building meet year-round house requirements, even at low temperatures.

What is the construction time?

The investment completion time averages 89 days from the start of work. Thanks to prefabricated frame-based structural elements and precise schedule planning, we can offer a fast, efficient, and predictable construction process – including roof, facade, and internal installation assembly.

Will such a house retain heat well in winter and not overheat in summer?

Absolutely yes. Thanks to modern insulation and construction tightness, a frame house can be more energy-efficient than a traditional one. We use solutions that minimize heat loss – and consequently pay less for heating. In summer, you won’t turn into a baked potato because the structure handles temperature well.

Won’t a wooden house absorb moisture or get moldy?

If it were built carelessly and left in the rain for months – maybe. But ours is built in a hall, from low-moisture materials, with proper ventilation and protection. The wood used in construction is kiln-dried, glued, protected – there’s no room for fungus or unexpected sounds from the basement.

How long does frame house construction take?

From signing the contract to the day the house stands on your lot, about 89 days pass. Yes, we’re talking about the entire process: design, production, transport, assembly. We don’t build endlessly. You get the keys when we agree – not when the roofer “didn’t make it again”.

Can I change the design? I want a bigger kitchen.

Yes, absolutely. You can choose a ready model and customize it – or design from scratch. We can move walls, change the layout, windows, add a terrace or pantry. All so you have a house that’s yours, not catalog standard.

Is it worth it?

Yes. And not just financially. Of course, you build faster and often cheaper than with traditional technology, but most importantly you save time, mental health, and nerves. You don’t have to manage 4 crews, schedules, deliveries, and complaints yourself. You get a clear contract, clear estimate, and clear plan.
