Our Wild Boar mobile home, however, is well-behaved. It has two spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a roomy hallway with a kitchenette, and a huge living room. Large, numerous windows provide a massive dose of light, making the interiors of the house exceptionally cheerful and friendly.
Wild Boar will be perfect as a summer house for the whole family or a year-round home for 2-3 people who are tired of living in an apartment block and want to feel a bit of freedom and ease associated with having their own place.

In many cases - no. If the built-up area doesn't exceed 70 m² and the house meets specific conditions, only a notification is required. We help determine this and guide you through any necessary procedures.

What is a modular home?

A modular home is a modern form of construction where ready-made structural elements - called modules - are created in a production facility and then assembled at the investment site. This makes the construction process quick, precise, and less dependent on weather conditions. These types of homes, including vacation houses, stand out for their comfort, durability, and solid construction, and their parameters often meet building standards for year-round use.

How does transport and assembly work?

The house is fully prepared in our facility and then transported to your plot. Assembly takes 1 day. You don't need to organize crews, monitor schedules, or make space for a construction site. We arrive, set it up, and it's done.

Can I move it to another location?

Yes, that's one of the biggest advantages. Mobile homes can be disassembled and moved to another location. Perfect if the plot isn't permanent or life takes an unexpected turn.

What are the costs and what determines them?

The cost depends on the size, equipment, and additional options, but compared to traditional construction, it's a much smaller investment. Importantly: you sign one contract, and the price doesn't change during the process.

Can I live in it permanently?

Absolutely. Mobile homes have everything needed for year-round living: insulation, heating, ventilation, water, bathroom, kitchen. It's not a trailer - it's a proper home.

Can I change the room layout or add something of my own?

Of course. We work from proven models but allow modifications - so everything fits your needs. Want an extra window, different bathroom, or home office nook? We can do that.

What are the limitations?

The house must meet certain size parameters to be transportable. We can't go with a multi-story palace, but within reason - we have plenty of options. That's what we're here for - to help design it.

Is a mobile home a good rental investment?

Definitely. Low costs, quick completion time, and mobility make many people buy them specifically for seasonal or year-round rental. They're especially popular in tourist areas.
